今天是十月一日, 在新加坡是儿童节, 在中国是国庆日。在这个欢乐的节日里，我们祝全天下的小孩子会得到他们应得的爱和关怀。没有一个孩子是应该被冷落的。我们希望新加坡的孩子会珍惜他们所拥有的，学会和身边的人分享他们的快乐。
It is now 1st October. In Singapore, 1st October is known to be Childrens' Day here. In China, 1st October is the National Day. On this happy occasion we wish that all the children in the world are provided the love and care that they deserve. No child should be left on their own. We hope that the Children of Singapore will cherish what they have here and learn to share their joy and happiness to those around them.
